The patterns beneath the surface.

This allows us to quickly and compassionately uncover the deeper root of what’s going on.

From there, real change becomes possible.

Not forced change.


Not surface-level fixes.

But the kind that comes from finally understanding yourself at the core.

This is a 20-minute online conversation where we simply explore what’s happening for you.

During this call we might:

  • Explore what kind of support would genuinely help

There’s no pressure and no commitment.

About me

I’m Hayley Latham.

For many years, I looked confident and capable on the outside —
while inside, my body was in constant survival.

I know what it’s like to leave your body to cope, to manage yourself through life, and to feel disconnected from your own presence.

The work I now do — and the guidance in this series — comes from lived experience, professional training, and years of walking women back home to themselves.

As a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and identity coach, I’ve lived this work from the inside out.
